What is the difference between demo and full version?

The demo version has an irritating nag screen when opening the plugin that dissapears after a few seconds.

How do I uninstall a product?

On windows

Delete the plugin *.dll file.

On Mac

Delete the plugin *.component and/or *.vst file. It’s located in following directories:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/

How do I download the latest version of the product?

Create an account (My Account -> Register) with the same email address you used when purchased the product, then log in and go to My Account->My Downloads.

What do I do if my download link has expired before I had the chanse to download the product?

No Problem! Just create an account (My Account -> Register) with the same email address you used when purchased the product, then log in and go to My Account->My Downloads and you will find the download links.

Plugin does not show up in my DAW on my Mac

macOS High Sierra and later require a restart after installing a new Plugin. If plugin still don't show up make sure it to be located in the Mac OS folder Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST or Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components and then in your DAW do a rescan for plugins.
